What it does.
Auto-Spray automatically doses chemical into a pipe line at a set concentration. This concentration is adjustable to suit your requirements. When a sensor is activated fresh solution is automatically jetted at the hoof area to treat and maintain herd health.
Why it works?
This system works because primarily due to the fresh treatment. Several academic studies have found that spray is more effective than bathing due to no cross contamination and maintained solution effectiveness for 1 cow or 500 cows. They all get fresh treatment.
Being able to run consistently at low dosages and still outperform other methods means your hoof care routine is regular and constant. This helps prevent flareups.
A drum of chemical used to last me 3 footbaths. I am now seeing the same drum last 2 & a half weeks with morning and night treatment.
Who should use it?
In our opinion every farm should have one. With a potential return on investment in under 3 months it really is the logical choice.

Using Tefen Mixrite dosing pumps we ensure a consistent reliable dosage with dosage options of 0-2% 0.5-5% & 1-10%.
These pumps have a built in dosing on/off valve so us can choose to wash only or treat depending on your requirements.
